Food is critical for our well-being. That may seem a bit of a silly statement, but when people forget to eat, or think they've had a meal when they haven't, it doesn't take long for their depleted nutrition to have an affect on weight, followed closely by more significant health issues resulting in susceptibility to illness, falls and so on.

Food themed Destination Points are designed to create thoughts and conversation around food - making food, eating food and memories relating to food. All of which we hope will stimulate appetite and better nutrition culminating in all round better health and well-being.
